  • Aesirtech Consulting has been proudly serving the Roanoke and New River Valleys for over 15 years. In 2023, we began serving clients in the Greater Richmond area. With the ever-growing need for remote IT support and troubleshooting, we are proud to offer our remote services to clients nationwide.

  • Our client base consists of businesses, home users, students, and non-profits. Our diverse group of clients has allowed us to gain experience and knowledge in many different industries. We realize that the nature of many businesses require careful handling of sensitive information, including HIPPA and other legal compliance.

  • Our free consultations are available to all businesses in our service areas. We’ll start by arranging a visit to your place of business at the date and time that works best for you! During this visit (which typically lasts an hour) we’ll assess your current technology, discuss your technology goals, and provide you with recommendations based on your operational needs. From there, we’ll work together to create a technology plan that best fits your needs and budget.

  • It’s not lost on us that dealing with technology can be a pain, and VERY few people are “excited” when contacting tech support. At Aesirtech, we strive to break that stereotype.   • We do! Despite what Dolly said, we’re not all working 9-5. We recognize that many businesses operate outside of traditional business hours. We also know that sometimes the nature of one’s business doesn’t not allow for “downtime” during business hours to upgrade equipment or make major changes to your systems. We’re happy to work with you to schedule appointments outside of normal business hours, and our 24/7 tech support is available anytime urgencies arise.
