Paul Wellons
PRESIDENT/CEO
Paul founded AesirTech Consulting in 2011 with the desire to provide affordable, quality IT services to nonprofits and small businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT field as a Network Administrator and as a Network Engineer. Paul was an Eagle Scout and former street and ER medic, and he received his Information Technology degree from ECPI.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys reading, movies, video games, and all things Star Wars. He has a collection of over 20 light sabers!

Lynn Rogers
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Lynn began working at AesirTech in early January 2024. She has an extensive background in HR and operations management. Before coming to AesirTech, Lynn was the Interim Executive Director at the United Way of the New River Valley. Lynn enjoys travel, spending time with her family and pets, and yoga. She and her family reside in Roanoke with their 3 dogs, 2 cats, and ducks.

Jessica Greever
MARKETING AND BUSNESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Jessica has been with AesirTech Consulting since March of 2023 and brings extensive experience in resource development and community outreach.
Jessica serves on the membership committee of the NRV Home Builders’ Association and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Infrastructure Committee, while volunteering at various chamber and school system events. She enjoys networking and making connections with local businesses and community members. Jessica resides in the NRV. She has 2 beautiful kids and a dog named Stella. In her free time, Jessica enjoys cooking and traveling to the beach.

With a lifelong passion for computers, Karl turned his enthusiasm into a profession by earning his Associate's Degree in Information Technology from New River Community College. Catherine Mallicote
NETWORK TECHNICIAN
Meet Catherine, our Richmond-based Network Technician. Catherine enjoys all things tech and computers, loves data and information, and says that "spreadsheets are life". Catherine lives with her partner Chris, her son Grayson, and their 3 adorable cats and hamster. In her spare time, she enjoys Legos and reading, especially true crime novels and comic books.

Ollie
CHIEF MORALE OFFICER
Ollie is a 7-year-old Golden Retriever. Ollie greets clients and oversees overall office morale. Ollie enjoys naps, belly rubs, back scratches, and snacks. He will absolutely steal your food.

Surfer
JUNIOR MORALE OFFICER
Surfer is a 5-year-old Golden Retriever. He assists Ollie in greeting clients and ensuring that everyone is having a good day. Surfer’s favorite thing in the world is playing fetch…ball is life for him. He also enjoys back scratches and snacks. Both Ollie and Surfer reside with Lynn, our Director of Operations.
Giving Back
At Aesirtech, we recognize the importance of dedicating our time and resources to the needs of our community. We’re always looking for ways to stay involved.
One of the ways we do so is by allowing generous time for our employees to volunteer with non-profit organizations and school systems throughout Southwest Virginia. Charitable donations are another way we’re able to contribute to the betterment of those in need. Lastly, we love to be involved in community events whether that’s through participation or sponsorships.
